Yesterday I found out that my current weight is 58.3 kg… so I am still 6 kg down from when I started in winter. That means that… I AM HAPPY ;D And theoretically speaking I only need to go 3.3 kg down ;D It may seem less.. well IT IS! BUUUT…. looking in the mirror I need much more than just loose 3 kg.. I want my core to get strong and I want to see my muscles.. so c ya in the evening – workouts continue! 🙂
